Ky-Mani was born on February 26th, 1976 at Falmouth Jamaica. He is one of the wealthiest and well-known Reggae Singers. In the film that became a cult classic, Shottas the actor starred alongside Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records where he recorded his first album in the year 1996.
